Martine joined the team just over four years ago and has been an essential part of the house ever since. Known for the warmth she brings to Red Spring Lane, Martine cares deeply about her work and the people around her.
Although Martine works the morning shift, she often helps prepare dinner to ease the transition for the next team—always thinking one step ahead. She is also a skilled communicator who connects nursing staff, management, and family members. She follows up, checks in, and makes sure everyone stays in the loop.
Beyond the home, Martine makes sure the people we support are engaged in their community—whether it’s going out to dinner, attending concerts, or just finding meaningful ways to make memories.
Martine treats every day as a new opportunity to enhance lives. She accompanies people to appointments, advocates on their behalf with doctors, ensures medications are managed accurately, or follows up on healthcare concerns.
