How to Apply to Camp Loyaltown
CampDoc sends out periodic reminder emails for incomplete health information. These notifications come from CampDoc, so please add them to your safe sender list to avoid accidental delivery to junk and spam folders. Please add firstname.lastname@example.org. We don’t want you to miss important notices!
It is important that you use the most updated version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari to accept your invitation.
How do I apply?

Note: If you receive an error message that the link is no longer valid, you have likely already created an account.
In the Confirm Email box, type your email address in order to confirm.
In the Password box, type the password that you want to use.
In the Confirm Password box, type the password in order to confirm.
Click the CONTINUE button.
How do I add my Care Manager to CampDoc so they can help me?
Step 1: Go to the profile homepage on CampDoc
Step 2: Towards the top of the page in green, click “Manage Users”
Step 3: Enter your Care Managers email address
Step 4: Click “Add User”
This will send an email invitation to your Care Manager. From there, they will create an account and will then have access to the same profile. If, for instance, you need to upload immunization documents, your Care Manager can now upload these documents directly. Because they now have access to the profile, they can help with other sections of the application as well.
