Camp Loyaltown is partnering with CampDoc, the leading electronic health record system for camps, to better serve our camper families for this summer and beyond. CampDoc is secure, encrypted and password-protected to ensure the privacy of your child’s health information. Please see CampDoc’s Privacy Policy and Security Policy for more information.

CampDoc sends out periodic reminder emails for incomplete health information. These notifications come from CampDoc, so please add them to your safe sender list to avoid accidental delivery to junk and spam folders. Please add noreply@campdoc.com. How do I apply?

In the Confirm Email box, type your email address in order to confirm.

Click the CONTINUE button.

How do I add my Care Manager to CampDoc so they can help me?

Step 1: Go to the profile homepage on CampDoc

Step 2: Towards the top of the page in green, click “Manage Users”

Step 3: Enter your Care Managers email address

Step 4: Click “Add User”

Rainbow over Camp LoyaltownThis will send an email invitation to your Care Manager. From there, they will create an account and will then have access to the same profile. If, for instance, you need to upload immunization documents, your Care Manager can now upload these documents directly. Because they now have access to the profile, they can help with other sections of the application as well.
