Camp Loyaltown uses CampDoc, a secure, encrypted, and password-protected system, to manage camper applications and health information. This platform helps ensure a safe and streamlined application process for families. Session specific information may be found here.

Create Your Account
  • Enter your email address and confirm it
  • Create a password and confirm it
  • Click Continue to begin your application

To make sure you receive these updates, please add noreply@campdoc.com to your safe sender list.

Adding a Care Manager or Support Person
  1. Log into your CampDoc profile
  2. Click ‘Manage Users’ at the top of the page
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Click ‘Add User’

They will receive an email invitation and, once registered, will be able to access your application to help complete forms, upload documents, and support the process.
