A Visit to the Famous New York City Wax Museum Roommates at Pickwick Drive at Citizens Options Unlimited visit the wax museum

Jamie Allen and Lizzy Grogan, roommates at Pickwick Drive in Syosset, joined by Manager Pamela Iliou, took a trip to New York City for a day of exploration, fun, pictures, and sightseeing.

Their first stop was Madame Tussauds New York wax museum, known for its replicas of celebrities and historical figures. Jamie, Lizzy and Pamela had a great time posing with the wax figures, and learning about their favorite actors and actresses, singers, and changemakers.

Next, Jamie, Lizzy and Pamela took a quick walk over to the Applebee’s Grill and Bar on 42nd St. right next door.

It was an exciting day of bustling New York City energy. Thank you, Pamela, for arranging a memorable day for Jamie and Lizzy.

Fall Fun at White Post Farms

Kirkland Drive roommates picking pumpkins at White Post Farms

It was a perfect day of fall foliage, pumpkin picking, and seasonal fun for the roommates at the Kirkland Drive residence in Greenlawn. Paul Cusanelli, William Hoffman and John McCabe enjoyed time on the farm, as well as time making new connections.

For the first time, they met up with new friends from Ontario Avenue in Plainview.

Randy Cosby, Robert Behrendt, Richard Krinsky, and John Volpe, roommates from Ontario Avenue in Plainview, met Paul, William and John before everyone headed over to the pumpkin patch for some fall-themed photo opportunities.

Afterward, everyone enjoyed a delicious lunch together, before taking a walk around the farm to visit animals.

Thank you to Manager Amanda Legros and the Kirkland Drive team for organizing this festive day.

Thousands of hand-carved jack-o’-lanterns it up the night in Melville as part of the annual RISE of the Jack O’Lanterns event. Jason Pollock, Samuel Morales, Douglas Howe and Arielle Laser wanted to check it out. Joined by a team of adventurous staff members, they walked one of the world’s largest jack-o’-lantern trails.

Jason, Samuel, Douglas and Arielle were amazed as they saw their favorite movie stars, television shows, and films carved into pumpkins.

It was truly a night to remember, inspiring the spirit of the fall season.

Thank you to Manager Christine Basile and the Red Spring Lane team for organizing an evening of discovery and light.
