Exciting Camp Loyaltown 2026 Update
Dear Parents & Guardians,
Warm greetings from all of us at Camp Loyaltown. We hope you and your family are continuing to cherish the memories made during Summer 2025—we certainly are. From laughter around the campfire to new friendships and adventures, last summer was truly unforgettable because of you and your loved one.
As we look ahead, we are excited to share the official dates for Camp Loyaltown Summer 2026. We are preparing for another season filled with growth, development, and the unique camp environment that makes Loyaltown so special.
🌟 Camp Loyaltown 2026 Sessions 🌟
Sessions 1, 2, & 4:
- Session 1: June 14 – June 28
- Session 2: June 28 – July 12
- Session 4: July 26 – August 9
Designed for people ages 18 and older who may require support with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mealtime support, and care, sessions are structured to meet the unique needs of each person who attends camp. With staffing ratios of 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3, we ensure individualized attention through a person-centered approach, providing assistance, if required, during daily camp activities while promoting independence and supporting each person in making their own choices among the activities offered including socialization with other people at camp. These sessions can also accommodate individualized care plans to ensure every person has a safe, engaging, and meaningful camp experience.
Session 3: July 12 – July 26 (Ages 18+)
This session encourages participants to further develop social skills by interacting with peers and staff across various activities. People have opportunities to enhance autonomy and teamwork through engagement in the dining hall, office, camp store, and activity areas. Support is provided at a 1:4 ratio or higher, making this session ideal for people who require guidance while maintaining appropriate supervision.
Session 5A: August 9 – August 16 (Ages 5+)
Our inclusive week provides support for both children and adults. People are grouped by age and ability, with separate accommodation and activity schedules to ensure age-appropriate programming. Support levels include 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3. This session is ideal for families seeking an introduction to camp for young children, while also welcoming adults. Additional assistance is provided for people who require closer supervision or who may need specific guidelines to be followed—such as those diagnosed with PICA—or other individualized support plans. Trained staff follow the necessary guidelines to ensure the best experience for everyone that attends camp.
Session 5B: August 16 – August 23 (Ages 18+)
This week provides consistent support while promoting socialization, recreation, and independence through a person-centered approach. Staffing ratios are 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3. Additional assistance is provided for people who require a specific level of supervision or specific guidelines of care—such as those diagnosed with PICA—or other individualized support plans. Trained staff maintain the guidelines as required for each person to ensure the best experience for each person.
Session 6A: August 23 – August 30 (Ages 18+)
Our closing session of the season is designed for people ages 18 and older who require additional support with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, supervision, and overall well-being. People who attend camp are supported at staffing ratios of 1:1, 1:2, and 1:3, allowing for a person-centered approach and thoughtful assistance throughout the camp experience. This final session provides a meaningful week of engaging programming, social interaction, and memorable experiences. This session is the special closing chapter to the season, helping campers strengthen friendships, celebrate accomplishments, and carry positive memories into the year ahead.
Applications for Summer 2026 will once again be completed through CampDoc. The official application launch date is October 28, 2025. We look forward to welcoming both returning and new people for another exceptional season.
